Dai Jun and his team arrived at the production site of Xiangtou Light Materials, delivering heatstroke prevention and cooling comfort items to the youth members who are firmly in their frontline positions. At the same time, we conducted on-site inspections of R&D and innovation achievements, candidly communicated with representatives of young technology workers in the company, listened to the voices of young frontline employees at the grassroots level, and had a detailed understanding of the achievements made in the construction of the company's Youth League branch and the cultivation of young talents.
