Scientific Research Achievements
In December 2021, the "120km/h rail transit vehicle powder metallurgy aluminum matrix composite brake disc" project passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting. The expert group composed of 7 experts, including Huang Boyun, an academician of the CAE Member, and Xiao Jiayu, a professor of the National University of Defense Technology, agreed that the overall technology of the project is at the international advanced level, and some technologies are at the international advanced level.
The world's first group standard "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Aluminum Matrix Composite Brake Discs of Electric Passenger Vehicles" drafted in October 2022 has been officially released, filling the blank of aluminum matrix brake disc standards for new energy vehicles and providing a basis for the promotion and application of aluminum matrix brake discs in new energy vehicles
